Dr. Moghaieb is a Professor of public administration and Head of Industrial Planning and Development Center at the Institute of National Planning where she is responsible for enhancing researches related to all aspects of industry, and provide evidence-based policy papers and recommendations helping decision makers improve the ecosystem of industry in Egypt.

Dr. Moghaieb is also the Head of Regional Planning Division at the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, where she is responsible for governing the long-term and yearly investment plans of all governorates in Egypt, participation in localizing the ongoing developmental and governance reforms and supporting decentralization.

Dr. Moghaieb is certified by the International Labor Organization as Gender Audit Facilitator. She is also certified as “project Evaluator” by the ENAP - Global Evaluation Initiative (ENAP). In addition, Dr. Moghaieb is certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT) as professional trainer. She has more than 15 years of experience building the capacity and governance of Egyptian public sector institutions in light of developmental policies and programs, national planning, project management and decentralization.
