Jeyhun Hasanov is senior advisor for the minister’s executive office at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport Azerbaijan. He holds a master's in quantitative finance from the University of Bologna and a bachelor's in business administration from ADA Business School. With a diverse background in financial institution audits, life insurance actuarial work, and portfolio management at the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Hasanov brings deep financial and strategic expertise. In his current role, he contributes to high-level decision-making and policy implementation, offering valuable insights to support the ministry’s initiatives.
