Gundogdu graduated in Transportation Engineering in 2018 and earned his MSc in Transportation and Logistics Engineering in 2023 from Yalova University. He began his career at Yılmazer Engineering with geometric design and traffic simulation projects, then worked at Güven İnşaat on road maintenance and winter operations under the 12th Branch of the Turkish Highways Directorate. He later served as Traffic Chief at KMO, overseeing patrol teams, incident management, and ITS systems. Since 2021, he has been working at the General Directorate of Highways as a Transportation Engineer, leading traffic simulation and intersection analysis to support innovative and sustainable mobility solutions.
