Sefa Gundogdu is a transportation engineer at the General Directorate of Highways, Turkey. He graduated in Transportation Engineering in 2018 and earned an MSc in Transportation and Logistics Engineering in 2023 from Yalova University. Gundogdu began his career at Yilmazer Engineering, working on geometric design and traffic simulation projects, then at Güven İnşaat on road maintenance and winter operations. He also served as traffic chief at KMO, managing patrol teams and ITS systems. Since 2021, he has been leading traffic simulation and intersection analysis, supporting innovative and sustainable mobility solutions.
